Peptic Ulcer

Patient, 20 years, with history of prolonged NSAID usage, was well 2 days prior to admission until he developed abdominal pain, at epigastric region, as well as vomit out blood. Also, the patient did crazy thing such as driving himself to the hospital and get admitted. :D
